I’m Katie, based in Rugby, and I run Tails & Tidy Pet and Cleaning Services. Before starting the business, I worked in heritage and charity roles, but over time I felt drawn to something more hands-on and aligned with my love of animals and home life. That’s what led me to build Tails & Tidy, starting small alongside regular clients before eventually taking the leap into it full-time. At home, life revolves around my two rescue dogs, Benji and Rufus, and I spend my free time crocheting, gardening, or walking them with my husband, James.
